I know, people who already have jobs work from home all the time. But what about those of us who need to work from home for one reason or another? What skills do we bring to the table? You might notice I have added a widget on Pentimento for DoNanza. DoNanza provides a free portal where you can explore many types of freelance jobs like writing articles, website design, database designers and much, much more.
Just last night (wouldn't you know I found the site at midnight and was perusing DoNanza two hours later! I didn't apply for any jobs, I just wanted to take a look at how the site worked and get a feel for it. One of the first things I could see was that there are three ways to obtain jobs. (1) Contest (you answer a question and it enters you in a contest, and also gets you some recognition. (2) Bidding (you bid on the job using their price guidelines. (3) Other (this is where the rest of the jobs end up that don't fit the first criteria.
To be clear, if you click on a job listing and actually take a job, I will benefit from it with a small monetary amount. I don't expect to get rich that way, and really if it helps someone find a job to make some extra money, that's enough for me. Please let me know if you visit DoNanza and like it. I'm curious.
