The Cherokee Nation -- Speak Up, Be Heard, Make the Call!

Congress should not terminate the Cherokee Nation or punish the Nation with amendments that would cut funding to vital services – like health care. But that is exactly what they are trying to do. This is just the latest in the ongoing battle our government wages each day against this proud nation: The Cherokee.

Since last June, more than 10,700 people have met online to submit letters and make their voices heard. If you are Cherokee, or of some other Indian tribe, please alert your friends and suggest that they get on the phone and call their elected officials and put a stop to this shameful act by the US government.
