Help Your Own Country First Laura Bush!

I have not, and will never, understand the concept of helping other countries with health care (yeah, yeah, it is the humanitarian thing to do) when so many people in our country could certainly use that education and money much more. Cold hearted? I don't think so. I think that is being realistic. We still have people displaced and in dire straights from hurricane Katrina, but you don't see Congress allocating billions to help them!

Our own American Indians live in squalor and poverty by the design of this same government that wants to heap good will and education where it has so far done little good. Want to do some good for the African people? Educated them on birth control methods.
