I wouldn't use that. People favourite you in order to spam for their own sites. It's not a compliment to your own site or cause they even read your site at all. Kind of worthless. The whole friends and favourites thing has become just a big spamfest. It really does bug me. I only favourite blogs I am actually reading, at least weekly. But, on sites like Mybloglog.... everyone favourites or befriends anyone and everyone. For no reason but to pimp their Google Page rank.
